About the Program

The Business minor provides students with a solid foundation in the functional disciplines of economics and business.

The Business Minor can complement the student’s major by providing foundational knowledge and skills in various aspects of business that are valuable in any fields, making the student more versatile and appealing to employers. The student will gain insights into economics, marketing, management, and financial accounting. Understanding business concepts can help the student appreciate the business side of their primary field enhancing their ability to contribute to their organization.

The Business Minor is intended primarily for students pursuing majors outside of Business. It is also an excellent option for students who started as Business Administration majors but later chose a different field.
